The fee covers the interview, the writing, the design, your round of revisions and a printed test copy. Printing and UK delivery are passed on at the printer's price with nothing added.

Print costs were last checked on 12 October 2026. If the printer's price changes before you approve your proof, your quote is updated to match and you are told before you pay.
Half of the fee is due on booking. The other half and the print cost are due when you approve the final proof. You can pay by bank transfer or by card. All prices on this site include VAT.
If your date moves, your booking moves with it at no charge when the diary allows. If you cancel before the interview, the deposit is refunded less £50 for administration. After the interview, the deposit covers the work already done.
